Cladding Panels
There are various types of cladding panels available on the market today. The type that K & B Rouse mainly use is the composite panel manufactured by Kingspan PLC.
This is a very sophisticated system, which has significant advantages over conventional site assembled panel systems, The major benefit of this system is that they are factory made, combining the inner lining for the building, the thermal insulation and the external weatherproof cladding all in one component. The panels are manufactured under strict quality control which ensures first class product quality and reliability in use.
The composite panel is a through fixed panel which can be used on buildings with a roof slope of 4° or more.
When used in a wall application the panels can be installed horizontally or vertically to produce a variety of visual effects.
The panel joint detail offers simple and effective site installation with the option of valley or crown fixings, using colour matched fasteners or caps.
Full ranges of accessories are available to match the panels i.e.:- flashings, fillers, gutters, up-stands and louvres.
Liner Panel Systems
Another cladding system that K & B Rouse use is the Liner Panel system. This consists of a double skin profile metal construction which provides an economical solution for roofing and walling. The internal panel gives an extremely pleasing decorated appearance with minimal maintenance costs.
A vapour check can be provided by sealing the liner panel and additional vapour checks and breather membranes can be built into the system as required.
When installing this system, we take care to ensure continuous quilt insulation to eliminate any cold spots through the construction.
